Suncoast Drivers is looking for a Class A Driver in the Tampa, FL area! Paid weekly, and benefits available as soon as you start!
$29/hr. OT paid after 40 hours!
This is a local CDL A delivery driver job where the driver will be working Monday to Friday. It is 10 to 12 hours shifts with a 4:00 to 4:30 AM dispatch. The driver may have 1-2 OVER NIGHTS a week . The driver will be doing local routes in the Tampa and St. Pete area and may occasionally have to go to Sulpher Springs. Drivers will be driving both automatic and manual transmission trucks.
They will be delivering about 300 pieces a day. The product is palletized and in boxes and is separated for the most part by stop. This is a lot of touch freight. The driver will use an electric pallet jack and a hand truck. They will have to bring the product to the lift gate and bring it to the customer so they can check it in.
The driver must have 12 months of Class A driving experience, preferably with local touch freight. No Restrictions on CDL.
