Now Hiring: CDL A drivers for the CAT Shuttle account in Lafayette, IN . This is a local shuttle position with home daily routes , competitive hourly pay, and overtime after 40 hours. Drivers haul no-touch freight consisting of CAT parts and products using late-model equipment. $1,300 to $1,600 average weekly pay.
Position: CDL A Shuttle Driver – CAT Dedicated
Location: Must live within 50 miles of Lafayette, IN (47901)
Freight: 100% no-touch, FLATBED (CAT parts & products)
Miles: Local shuttle runs (primarily VMPE–LEC with additional lanes as needed)
Schedule:
1st shift: 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday
Weeks alternate with first run starting at 6:30 AM or 7:15 AM
Weekend work available as required by plant operations
Home Time: Home daily
Equipment: 2016–2023 Kenworth day cabs, 53' dry vans
Parking: Onsite parking available
Orientation: Must attend orientation in Atlanta, GA
Hourly Pay:
1st shift: $25/hour
Overtime: Paid at time and a half after 40 hours per week
Bonuses:
$500 New Hire Transition Bonus (paid on 2nd paycheck)
Valid CDL A license
Minimum 1 year of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience
Must be available for weekend work as needed
Ability to handle changing plant schedules (provided weekly on Thursdays)
Home daily – no overnights
