This Flex-time role exclusively drives a Cargo Van and provides ultimate flexibility allowing you to tell us how much and when you are available for work. Have an unpredictable schedule or prefer to work based on the weather, or want to work seasonally? This role is built for you!
Inontime's Flex-time positions offer competitive hourly compensation, overtime after 40 weekly hours, quarterly profit sharing, non-participation required 4% 401k, and the opportunity to become an owner through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Moreover, we offer a premium of 10% for flex-time team members working between 6pm and 5am.
Requirements:We're looking for quick-learning, safety oriented drivers with the following qualities:
· Solid understanding of the rules of the road
· Current Chauffeur License and DOT medical card
· Basic computer skills
· Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to safety
· Perpetual drive towards learning, developing and growing
· Solid communication skills
· True team-player, as everyone at Inontime conducts themselves as a co-owner
Additionally, we're looking for the following qualifications:
· High School diploma or equivalent
· A driving record that reflects safe driving
· Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder
