The Car Wash Field Manager will be a critical part of the Car Wash team, reporting into the Senior Cash Wash Category Manager. In this role you will play a key role with the Car Wash Department by supporting, developing, maintaining and enhancing our car wash portfolio. The position will collaborate with various departments within Global Partners to help grow the car wash business. In this position, you will spend up to 75% of your time in the field working with our Site Operations to execute and optimize our program.

 “Gauges” of Responsibility  

• Responsible for maintaining site operations of all company operated car washes and is an integral part of interaction with key car wash vendors.
• Extensive interface with site personnel regarding car wash programs, promotional execution and on-site projects.
• Will perform training for new site personnel in regard to executing routine daily car wash activities and equipment troubleshooting
• Responsible for maintaining car wash tracking reports and communicating to Sr. Management.
• Work closely with car wash team members in various aspects of the business including Unlimited Wash Club.
• Routine scheduled visits to all locations to ensure execution of daily checklists and monitor proper functionality of equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• 3+ years of managerial experience in the retail, car wash, or fuel industry is a very strong plus.

• Enthusiastic, energetic personality comfortable engaging with our customers and store associates.
• Will need to be available after hours and on some weekends to respond to car wash service issues.
• Related experience including a solid understanding of financial reporting, and a proven ability to work across functions within an organization
• Able to effectively communicate with at all levels and departments of the organization
• Must possess high degree of professionalism, adaptability, integrity and commitment to confidentiality
• Any experience in the retail or fuel industry is a very strong plus.
