We’re looking for passionate, dependable, and enthusiastic Cabin Counselors to support individuals with disabilities at Camp Greentop — a unique and inclusive summer camp that’s been creating joyful memories for over 90 years. ️ About the Role: As a Cabin Counselor, you’ll live in a cabin with a group of amazing campers, supporting them in their daily routines and joining in on the fun of camp life. You'll be part of a close-knit team that empowers each camper to grow in independence, confidence, and community spirit. What You’ll Do: Support campers with daily living needs like showering, toileting, dressing, and feeding. Build strong, trusting relationships and promote positive self-esteem. Participate in and adapt fun activities like swimming, arts & crafts, campfires, sports, and more. Work with your cabin team to create a supportive, safe, and inclusive environment. Communicate effectively with leadership to ensure camper needs are met. Help with documentation such as Session Summaries and funding reports. Embody and promote The League’s core values : Accountability, Participant Focus, Quality, Independence, and Mutual Respect. What We’re Looking For: Education: High school diploma or equivalent Preferred experience: Working with individuals with disabilities Previous camp, recreation, or group care experience Physical ability: Able to safely lift participants up to 50 lbs.
