Relay questions, clarify data or system issues, and follow up on open items. Vendor Oversight & Follow-Up: Support oversight of vendor performance (including billing, finance, and IT vendors) by using reports and ad-hoc tracking tools to identify and surface issues related to fee logic and application, AR collection, and cybersecurity.
