Business Analyst (Packaging) Location: York, Pennsylvania Company: STS Technical Services STS Technical Services is hiring a Business Analyst (Packaging) in York, Pennsylvania, to directly support the Packaging Engineering team. In this role, you will analyze complex data, develop productivity tools, and facilitate communication between Harley-Davidson internal teams and suppliers to ensure packaging processes run efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed data analysis using SAP Packaging Bill of Material (BOM) and other sources. Develop and distribute analytical reports using macros, pivot tables, filters, graphs, and embedded tables. Create productivity tools and reporting dashboards in Power BI for team use. Serve as the subject matter expert for core team process documentation and computer system tools. Coordinate communications between internal Harley-Davidson groups and external part suppliers. Assist with packaging purchasing processes and prepare purchase requisitions. Manage packaging design records, including drawings, data system loading, and BOM structuring. Audit packaging specifications within BOM structures. Support special projects and additional assignments as needed. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience in packaging, engineering, or data analysis preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Microsoft Access is a plus. Data analysis experience strongly preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels. Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines. Skilled in relationship management, problem-solving, and working with diverse teams. Demonstrated integrity, accountability, creativity, and adaptability to change.
