This position is in Lafayette, LA in a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in your clients industry, organization, customers, and business objectives.
• Work alongside thought leaders to solve complex, high-impact challenges.
• Analyze user requirements, business processes, and organizational needs.
• Provide high-quality client support, answering questions and maintaining clear communication.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations for business decisions, resource allocation, and process improvements.
• Assess product usability and ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
• We welcome all majors; however, backgrounds in Accounting, Business, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Management, and Management Information Systems have historically been a strong fit.
• Positive attitude, curiosity, and a hunger for continuous learning.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Flexibility and comfort working in dynamic or ambiguous situations.
• Ability to work in the U.S. permanently and without restriction.
