Responsibilities

Provide analysis, coordination and data management on key issues and requirements
Reporting and analysis of data required for business metrics and regulatory compliance
Management and coordination of budgeting and forecasting
Management of data systems for stakeholder engagement, community investment and social and environmental performance that support corporate and regulatory reporting requirements, projects and operations
This includes data gathering, inputting, tracking and training being the top user for all data in the organization's Information Management system ensuring consistency in data quality and reliability
Contract management, invoicing, payments and tracking for activities supporting major projects
Management of all Management of Change (MOC) notifications
Assists with documentation and analysis of complex issues subject to rapid change
Organizing and maintaining documentation processes
