Currently, we are seeking a Business Analyst to join the team in Prague, Czech Republic. II. Job Summary: BridgeNet Solutions serves as a 4PL provider for multiple global and regional clients. As a Business Analyst, you will support data analysis and insights to optimize strategy, improve supply chain efficiency, and enhance logistics operations. You will collect, clean, interpret, transform, and visualize large datasets for end-user consumption. You will identify and drive continuous improvement (CI) opportunities to improve logistics performance and support procurement and operational decisions. You will contribute to reporting for incident response and special projects, and help standardize processes across regions/workflows. This role collaborates closely with Senior Data and Business Analysts. III. Essential Functions : Familiar with supply chain terms and data elements Supports regional 4PL teams with data driven projects and analytical studies Ability to work with large datasets from multiple sources, demonstrated experience improving data quality and consistency Interfaces with technical teams to ensure accuracy and reliability of data Work together with the Senior Analysts to develop dashboards and other analytical tools for both internal and external stakeholders Conducts data analysis reviews with Senior BAs to understand performance trends and captures improvement plans as required Provide business team with technical support for big data exploration Build efficient Enhance-Transform-Load (‘ETL’) scripts to generate workable consumption layers for self-service reporting Expected to support work and members across a team, which can be based in other regions/time zones Responsible to collect, analyze, and interpret logistics and supply chain data to generate reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) Gathers report requirements through open dialog with external management stakeholders to monitor areas of key performance. Conducts monthly reviews with assigned regional control tower teams to understand performance trends and captures improvement plans as required Supplies routine report-outs of KPIs to internal and external stakeholders Controls and manages updates to master data Occasionally conducts systems or QA testing as required for technical changes and improvements Job Requirements IV.
