We are seeking candidates with retail experience who are outgoing, efficient, and take pride in their work, in the Huntsville/Madison areas. Our Boar’s Head Trainers drive their own vehicles and are reimbursed for mileage. They work in the delis at Publix grocery stores, helping to train associates in product handling and product knowledge from behind the counter. They also educate customers on the value and quality of Boar’s Head Brand products by hosting tastings, and utilizing POS merchandising. We also offer foundational learning & certifications, for official Boar’s Head Training practices.

· At Least $17 per hour to start (More $$ with experience) and the opportunity to increase after 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with shoppers and addressing inquiries about products.
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and interest.
• Assist in data collection and feedback regarding customer preferences and product performance.
• Promote brand awareness through effective communication and social media management.
• Participate in event marketing efforts to attract customers and drive sales in the grocery store.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to branding and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the shopping experience in a grocery store setting
• Excellent communication skills for effective product demonstrations and engaging with customers
• Experience in food service and event marketing to promote brand awareness
• Ability to manage social media platforms and collect data for marketing insights
• Bilingual abilities are a plus for diverse customer interactions
• Knowledge of branding and public speaking to effectively represent the brand

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
