We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper and dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, helping with daily dispatching. This role requires proficiency in accounting software and a strong understanding of financial reporting.
Duties
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivables, including processing invoices and payments.
- Maintain the general ledger by recording financial transactions accurately.
- Utilize accounting software and financial software to streamline bookkeeping processes.
- Assist lead dispatcher with scheduling and driver contact.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting principles.
- Experience with bank reconciliation and account reconciliation processes..
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- A degree in accounting or finance is preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous dispatch experience is preferred.
