BlueWater Pools is growing and excited to add a Full-Time Bookkeeper to our team in Crowley, TX! We’re looking for a detail-oriented, quick-witted, and technically savvy individual to manage our financial records and support our office operations. What You’ll Do:
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate entry of bills and payments.
- Enter and track expenses from receipts submitted by field technicians and project managers.
- Manage payroll transactions.
- Maintain organized financial records and prepare reports for the controller and external CPA.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline processes, such as commission tracking and budgeting.
- Contribute insights to improve financial workflows and support business growth.
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate team members as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to challenge processes constructively.
- Comfortable in a laid-back office with a sense of humor and open-minded attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, or payroll is preferred but not required.
