Job Position: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Plano, TX 75093
Pay Rate: DOE
Shift: 20 hrs/week
Birch Agency is currently hiring a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work within school settings near Plano, Texas for the 20252026 school year.
This is a single-school positionsupporting elementary-age students and staff in a public charter school setting. The BCBA will provide behavior consultation, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with school teams to support student success.
Position Details:
Schedule: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Setting: School-based, district-wide
Location: Near Plano, Texas
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required
Experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred
Strong collaboration and communication skills
