This is a fully-remote role but requires that you live in the state of Oregon or Washington.

Small but rapidly growing company with plenty of room for growth! We are looking for a PPC Manager to manage paid search and social campaigns for our B2B clients. Your goal will be to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment (ROI). The Role:

Work with mid to enterprise-sized businesses on their lead generation, nurturing, and acquisition.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Own the success of your accounts and associated campaigns, this includes:

  • Keyword research and selection + audience targeting

  • Ad copy development

  • New campaign launches

  • Budget pacing and bid adjustments

  • KPI setting and tracking

  • Reporting (monthly performance and optimization)

  • Identifying + addressing performance issues

Fully understand and consistently optimize your campaigns:

  • Cost per Conversion - Is it too high? How can you lower it?

  • Budget pacing - Are we on target? Should bid strategy be adjusted?

  • Traffic - How does the funnel look? Are we getting enough clicks/conversions?

  • Negatives - Frequently review search terms and add negative keywords to ensure quality searches for our clients.

Be the face of Ohm Digital; go above and beyond to support our clients

  • Gain a deep understanding of your client’s business and their needs

  • Suggest and develop new strategies/campaigns across multiple channels

  • Regularly report on campaign performance and optimizations

  • Set meeting agendas and send post-meeting follow-ups

  • Maintain constant contact and be 100% dependable and reliable

  • New client onboarding

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple Google Ads accounts

  • Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn)

  • Previous experience interfacing with and presenting to clients

  • Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Ads Editor

  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts particularly around lead generation and customer journey

  • Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)
