Job Description

Capital Ford is looking for a dedicated Automotive Parts Will-Call Associate to create a welcoming and professional environment for our customers while providing efficient parts pickup service. Note: The Will Call area will be open and ready for customers from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Monday through Friday availability is required, with rotating Saturdays. What you'll be doing:

• Maintain and balance the cash drawer daily.
• Process credit card transactions as needed for invoices.
• Obtain customer signatures upon parts pickup.
• Accurately distribute the correct part numbers and quantities.
• Run cashiering reports and ensure all transactions are balanced daily.
• Keep the Will Call area organized and ensure all parts and invoices are current.
• Assist with daily stock orders as necessary.
• Participate in the annual physical inventory process.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
