Job Details

Project Leadership: Plan, lead, and manage all stages of attestation engagements, including compilations, reviews, and audits for a range of clients. Lead most phases of attest engagements for larger clients.
Tax Project Management: Plan, lead, and manage multiple client tax projects, offering guidance to your team. These projects may include nonprofits, sales tax, and various tax reporting types for individuals, businesses, and trusts.
Mentorship: Act as a mentor to your team, instilling firm values and high standards, effectively delegating work, and conducting staff evaluations and performance reviews.
Team Collaboration: Foster teamwork dynamics through interaction with team members and leadership, ensuring open communication and transparency.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all work adheres to professional quality guidelines, is completed accurately, and meets project deadlines. Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects within strict deadlines.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a closely related major.
Experience: 5-7 years of public accounting experience.
Certification: CPA certificate.
Expertise: Strong attestation and tax accounting and regulatory experience.
Leadership: Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities.
Communication: Possess strong communication skills and a solid client-facing presence.
