Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery from planning to completion.
• Analyze financial statements and assess risks to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Stay up to date with regulatory and accounting standards, including IFRS and US GAAP.
• Mentor and develop junior auditors, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Utilize advanced audit tools and emerging technologies to drive efficiency and enhance audit quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries, including financial services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Internationally recognized accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA, ACA)
• 2+ years of audit experience in a public practice firm, preferably with a Big 4 or Top 10 firm.
• Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP reporting standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive and adaptable mindset.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in the financial services sector
• Familiarity with cloud-based audit software and data analytics tools.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment and adapting to different regulatory frameworks.
