Job Location: Miami, FL Overview: Atlantic Biologicals Corporation, a premier distributor of brand and generic critical care pharmaceuticals, is seeking an Entry Level Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key player in the healthcare industry, we are dedicated to providing top-notch service to our diverse clientele across various medical facilities. Responsibilities: Manage purchase requests from sales representatives. Issue and confirm purchase orders (POs) to vendors. Track POs until products are received. Resolve delivery issues and handle returns of excess/damaged products. Obtain and file PO receipts, packing slips, and other delivery proof documentation. Resolve pricing issues on invoices. Maintain proper document retention and industry knowledge. Input and update data in databases and spreadsheets. Compile and analyze data to assist decision-making. Generate regular reports on business metrics and performance indicators. Identify and assist in implementing process improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Order, maintain, and update bid documents for submission. Support managers through all bid phases and post-contract award. Collaborate with vendors during bid preparation. Source bid products and gather necessary documents from vendors. Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project tasks and timelines. Maintain project documentation and report progress.
