General PurposeNegotiates sales and purchases of wholesale power, financial instruments, and emissions credits consistent with the strategic direction of the Company. Identifies sales/purchase opportunities and aggressively negotiates energy sales and purchases with other utilities/organizations and/or financial institutions. Develop professional relationships with wholesale power marketers, traders, brokers, utilities, and the financial community to enhance the Company’s ability to profitably grow the wholesale power business.
