What Youll Be Doing

• Dreaming up and delivering concepts that dont just check the box butpush brands into new territory.
• Owning the creative process from big idea to live launchall on time, all on budget.
• Collaborating, leading, and occasionally wrangling in afast-paced, high-energyenvironment.
• Solving problems with sharp eye for detail, robust creativity, and the mojo to handle curve balls as they come.

What Were Looking For

• A big thinker withserious art direction chopsboth digital and print.
• A degree in design, advertising, or a related field (BA/BS preferred).
• Agency experience (bonus points if youve thrived in the chaos before).
• Know the difference between good copy and great copy.
• Fluent in agency lingo, processes, trends, and the latest digital/social wizardry.
• Adobe Creative Suite mastery& Figma(plus any other tools you swear by).
• Clear communicator, natural motivator, andmagnetic collaborator.
• Your presentation skills are so smooth, you could convince a cat to take a bath.
• Multi-taskingacewho can juggle priorities without dropping the ball.
• Sense of humor required.(We mean it.)

Your Background

• 5-7+ years in a creative or agency role.
• A portfolio that makes us say:Damn, we need them on our team.
• Award-winning work in broadcast, digital, or wherever your superpower shines.
