Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our Commercial Litigation team. The ideal candidate will assist in various litigation matters, providing support to senior attorneys, managing cases, and representing clients in court. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents related to commercial litigation cases.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
• Manage case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and organized.
• Participate in discovery processes, including drafting interrogatories and requests for production.
• Engage in settlement negotiations and prepare clients for court appearances.
• Support senior attorneys in trial preparation and strategy development.
• Provide client counseling and communicate case updates effectively to clients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to litigation.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong background in litigation with a focus on commercial law.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience in case management and client counseling is preferred.
• Familiarity with contract law and regulatory compliance is a plus.
• Effective negotiation skills and the ability to advocate for clients in court.
