What You'll Be Doing
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient production and compliance with safety protocols.
Develop and manage the annual operating budget and mine plan.
Lead and develop plant staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Manage maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with various departments to achieve key business objectives and represent the company in the local community.
What Are We Looking For
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 5 years of industry experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven track record in safety and regulatory compliance.
Analytical and metrics-driven mindset, with project management experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Commitment to team success, with the ability to work through challenges and achieve objectives.
Passion for career growth, with an interest in becoming a Plant Manager.
