Assistant General Manager Benefits:

Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

Must have 4+ years of experience in an Assistant General Manager role within restaurants
Upscale full-service restaurant background
Ability to effectively lead and delegate appropriately
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

Hands-on management of a large team in a high-volume environment
Oversight of beverage program
Ability to manage 7-10 million in annual revenue
Maintain relationships with guests and be present during service
Develop the team through coaching, training, and development
