Job Summary:

BioPhase Solutions is looking for an contract to potential hire Art Director for Digital Media & Product Design, you will oversee the visual and aesthetic direction for our digital and product design projects. This role involves managing and executing the company’s visual brand identity, overseeing creative design projects, and collaborating closely with the marketing team to create engaging, impactful graphics and materials that resonate with our target audience.

Salary : $100-120k/yr.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of digital and product visuals, ensuring alignment with the brand's mission.
• Oversee product design elements, from packaging to interactive digital tools, ensuring scientific accuracy and brand consistency.
• Conduct market and audience research to inform design strategies.
• Develop and manage the visual identity and brand standards across all platforms.
• Lead and execute creative design projects, including print, digital, and event visuals.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling, science-driven graphics and user-centric designs.
• Guide junior designers and provide feedback to ensure cohesive, high-quality outputs, fostering a creative and productive design environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends to ensure innovative visual storytelling.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Product Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in art direction, digital or product design, preferably in a scientific, biotech or tech-based company.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product and digital design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modeling software, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding expertise.
• Strong leadership. project management and communication skills.
