Location: Lumignus Development, 170 S Beverly Dr, Suite 307, Beverly Hills, CA 90212

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $20 – $35 per hour

Overview:

Lumignus Development is seeking a skilled  CAD Designer to join our team in Beverly Hills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer-aided design and proficiency in drafting and design software. This role involves creating detailed drawings and schematics, collaborating with engineers and designers, and contributing to a variety of exciting architectural and development projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce detailed CAD drawings based on project requirements
• Create accurate schematics and assemblies for various building systems
• Apply  Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)principles to designs
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to refine concepts and solve technical challenges
• Draft technical documentation and drawing sets for permitting and construction
• Utilize  AutoCAD ,  Revit , and other relevant design software for modeling and visualization
• Maintain organized project files and revision control
• Support project managers and architects throughout design development phases

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in  CAD software (AutoCAD required; Revit a plus)
• Familiarity with GD&T principles
• Experience with system and architectural design concepts
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
• English language proficiency required
• Ability to commute to Beverly Hills, CA 90212 (required)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly rate: $25 – $35 per hour
• Paid vacation: 10 paid vacation days per year , eligible after 6 month working in the company, otherwise not paid vacation.
• No paid holidays (federal holidays observed)
• No paid sick leave or paid personal days at this time
• No health insurance or 401k currently offered (health benefits may be added starting 2026)
• Profit-sharing opportunities may be available based on company performance

Additional Information:

• Work setting:  In-person at Beverly Hills office
• Expected hours: Full-time (approx. 40 hours/week) 
• Relocation: Candidate must be able to relocate to Los Angeles area or commute reliably to office
