Team works onsite at our Burlington office in North Carolina, not a remote position.

We're are seeking appointment setting pros that excel at making friends fast! We're looking for two talented talkers to immediately join our team! The right candidate will be a goal-oriented, problem solver with a naturally positive, outgoing demeanor.

The right candidates are energetic, genuinely upbeat, and are wanting more than "just a job." We want real team players who like a challenge and can excel in a fast-paced environment. This position can be part-time or full-time. Call center hours of operation are Monday through Friday and Saturdays from 10:00 to 3:00. Top talent can make more than $31 per hour with bonus & incentives. 2 weeks paid training.

$18 - $31+ hourly

• Conduct calls to prospective customers to generate leads and schedule appointments
• Follow up with prospects and customers to insure exceptional service
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager
• Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training and feedback sessions

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, food service, call center, or other related fields preferred
• Ability to build rapport quickly with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Naturally outgoing, positive, fun demeanor
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Excellent typing and communication skills
• Strong computer experience, customer relationship management software experience preferred
