About Us

Zephyr Alliance Group, LLC is a Clearwater, FL–based consulting and business development firm that helps construction companies, subcontractors, and service providers win local, state, and federal government contracts. We are expanding our outreach team and seeking motivated Appointment Setters to connect with businesses in the construction industry and set qualified meetings for our sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Generate your own construction-industry leads in assigned regions (TX, OK, NE, IA, KS, UT, LA, MO ).

  • Make a minimum of 60 outbound calls per day to prospective clients.

  • Use HubSpot CRM to log all leads, calls, sequences, and appointments.

  • Utilize a Company-provided email, phone number, and auto-dialer for all outreach.

  • Attend weekly team meetings and bi-weekly one-on-one meetings via Google Meet.

  • Connect with Zephyr Alliance Group on LinkedIn and Facebook Business Page to support branding and advertising efforts.

Compensation & Bonuses

This is a commission-based independent contractor role with highly competitive payouts:

  • Commission on Closed Deals

    • 15% of first invoice payout if you generate your own leads.

    • 12% of first invoice payout if using Company-provided leads.

    • Commissions paid within 48 hours of client invoice payment.

  • Ongoing & Upsell Bonuses

    • $50 bonus for invoices up to $500

    • $75 bonus for invoices $501–$1,000

    • $100 bonus for invoices over $1,000

  • Performance Bonuses (paid monthly)

    • $100 bonus for 350+ weekly calls

    • $100 bonus for 25+ appointments set in a week

    • $100 bonus for 60%+ kept appointment rate

    • Hitting all 3 metrics for 4 consecutive weeks = commission increases to 18% the following month

Example: A $1,900 upfront invoice + $800/month for 3 months = $285 commission + $225 in monthly bonuses = $445 total payout over 3 months from one client deal.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong phone presence and resilience — comfortable making 60+ calls daily.

  • Background in sales, cold calling, or appointment setting (construction industry experience a plus).

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven.

  • Reliable internet, computer, and ability to work independently as a contractor.

Compensation Range

Expected earnings vary by performance. Appointment setters meeting targets can realistically earn $1,500–$3,500+ per month with no cap. Top performers can earn significantly more with commission and bonuses.
