Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Appliance Installer to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have experience with appliance installation, though we are willing to train the right person. The applicant must be familiar with common hand and power tools, demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, and excel in customer service and worksite etiquette.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install household appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and more.
• Utilize common hand and power tools effectively and safely.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with appliances to ensure proper installation and function.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all debris and installation materials are disposed of properly.
• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
• Protect the customer's home or job site by using protective coverings and taking care not to damage property.
• Speak with customers on the phone, providing timeframes for delivery and installation.
• Communicate through field service management software, providing detailed notes and pictures of what took place at the site.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Experience in appliance installation is welcome but not absolutely necessary; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Familiarity with common hand and power tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve installation issues.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Good worksite etiquette, including cleanliness and respect for the customer’s property.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
