Anxiety and OCD Therapist

We are seeking to hire a growth-oriented therapist to join our integrative treatment team and provide individual, family, and group therapy for clients with anxiety and OCD spectrum related challenges. This is an in-person position. Work location is at our Beverly Hills office. Therapists with a strong interest in treating anxiety and OCD, helping individuals from all age groups, and are looking for a long-term part-time position (2+ years), are strongly encouraged to apply.

Straight Up Treatment (SUT) is a boutique private-pay outpatient clinic that is highly specialized in helping children, teens, parents, and adults better manage anxiety and OCD related challenges. We work in a peaceful and modern office space that helps foster a state of calm and positivity for staff and clients. Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy for diverse aged clients struggling with anxiety, stress, and OCD spectrum related challenges.
• Receive expert mentorship and guidance on how to implement specialized treatment plans and interventions for anxiety disorders and OCD, for all age groups.
• Work with diverse age groups, including children, teens, adults, and parents.
• Utilize evidence-based, integrative, whole-person healing and treatment modalities including CBT, Internal Family Systems, Exposure and Response Prevention, HRV Biofeedback, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindful Self-Compassion, Yoga, Spiritual Psychology, and Somatic Therapy.
• Participate in case consultation and sponsored training opportunities to enhance expertise in integrative treatment modalities for anxiety and OCD.
• Provide in-person therapy sessions at our Beverly Hills office.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have at least a Masters Degree and be post-graduate .
• Must be seeking a long-term part-time position (2+ years).
• No prior training in integrative modalities, anxiety treatment, OCD, or working with children and families is necessary. However, having a strong interest in these learning areas is required. SUT provides ample specialized training and consultation to all clinical staff.
