TITLE: All-Source Intelligence Analyst (Senior-Level)

LOCATION: Marine Corps Intelligence Activity, Quantico VA

OVERVIEW: The All-Source Intelligence Analyst (Senior-Level) will lead complex analytic projects and provide subject matter expertise to support MCIA's strategic intelligence mission. The analyst will leverage extensive knowledge and experience to produce forward-looking assessments, identify intelligence gaps, and drive collection and production priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage all-source analytic projects on high-priority regional or functional topics
• Produce comprehensive, in-depth intelligence assessments and briefings for senior decision-makers
• Identify and prioritize intelligence gaps and develop strategies to address them
• Provide substantive expertise and guidance to junior analysts and collection managers
• Represent MCIA in senior-level engagements with Marine Corps, DoD, and IC stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field such as international relations, political science, or area studies
• Minimum 7 years of experience conducting strategic-level intelligence analysis in DoD, IC, or related organizations
• Extensive knowledge of analytic methodologies, intelligence disciplines, and regional/functional issues
• Proven ability to lead analytic projects, mentor junior analysts, and engage senior stakeholders
• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
