Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Sr

As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Sr Adv 2nd Shift here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. You will report directly to our Sr. Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Rocky Mount, NC location. In this role, you will impact our manufacturing operations by optimizing production processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Your contributions will lead to increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved quality in our manufacturing operations. Your expertise will help us stay at the forefront of advanced manufacturing technologies and ensure that we deliver innovative and high-quality products to our customers.

Experience supporting production, testing, and continuous improvement of electro-hydraulic servo valves or similar devices. The ideal candidate will bring an understanding of precision manufacturing processes, fluid power systems, and electro-mechanical integration to optimize production workflows, enhance product quality, and drive cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support day-to-day manufacturing operations for electro-hydraulic servo valves, ensuring high levels of product quality, reliability, and throughput.
• Understanding of hydraulic systems and component-level troubleshooting.
• Experience with test equipment, flow benches, and calibration methods.
• Demonstrated success in process optimization, continuous improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Proficient problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Relevant experience in a production/manufacturing engineering role
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and implement capacity models for investments in advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Managing projects from ideation to implementation.
