Job Description

TEL Staffing is hiring a Part time Temporary Administrative Assistant for a company in Pensacola, FL. This position is intended to be temporary, but if the right fit, it could turn into a long term opportunity. We are looking for a self starter to hit the ground running!

Duties include:

• Assisting with answering phones, emails and filings
• Helping with completing year end reporting, new software transition and auditing
• Daily help with Accounts Payable duties
• Must have a working knowledge of working in an office setting, answering phone calls, scanning, data entry, etc. 
• Proficient in MS office programs and email

Hours : Flexible, mornings. Monday-Friday, 8am-12pm or 7:30am-1pm, some days may be longer, as needed
Pay rate: DOE, ranging between $18/hr-$20/hr

 
Pre-screen Requirements: Must pass pre-employment background check, drug screen and provide 2 forms of ID prior to starting employment. Assessment tests will be sent in relation to job duties.
