Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled at multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

Provide detail-oriented data entry support to the Supply Chain and Product Teams.
Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Assist with product inspection and quality control processes.
Organize and maintain computer folders, files, and documents.
Offer general administrative support to the office and team members.
Help coordinate team events and activities.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in an administrative or data entry role.
Experience in the eCommerce industry is a plus.
