Overview

AD, Viva Engage Technical Lead at KPMG US. The role is part of the Global Technology & Knowledge Group within KPMG International. The position focuses on increasing adoption of Viva Engage across KPMG, collaborating with Microsoft on product roadmaps, and acting as a trusted advisor to the Viva Engage community.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with member firms to increase the adoption of Viva Engage across KPMG
• Manage Global communities; work with Microsoft to review the Microsoft Viva customer experience platform roadmap, and test products in lower environments before production deployment
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Viva Engage community; create regular touchpoints with member firm leads
• Train stakeholder groups
• Product/service documentation and intranet page updates

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of recent experience with M365 products such as SharePoint Online and Power Platform; minimum three years of recent experience as a Viva Engage and/or M365 Product Lead
• Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college or university or relevant work experience
• Excellent communication and leadership qualities
• Knowledge of user engagement strategies and platform design principles
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future
