Position Title: Accounting Specialist

Wage: $24.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm or 8:00am - 5:00pm

Accounting Specialist Responsibilities:
- Process and manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice matching, coding, data entry, and filing
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile discrepancies
- Investigate and resolve issues related to invoices and receipts
- Assist the Controller with month-end close procedures
- Support special accounting projects as assigned

Qualifications for Accounting Specialist:
- At least two years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (IQMS experience is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred but not required
