Responsibilities:
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of financial transactions using QuickBooks software.
• Perform data entry tasks to ensure all financial information is up-to-date and properly documented.
• Handle invoice processing, ensuring timely and correct payments to vendors.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports.
• Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve payment discrepancies or inquiries.
• Support the finance team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all financial activities.• Proficiency in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Familiarity with invoice processing and basic bookkeeping principles.
