Epoch Projects, Inc. is a dynamic company specializing in civil engineering, land surveying, and land planning. We are seeking a candidate to assist our Accounting Team with billing and invoicing. This role involves sending invoices to clients, improving workflows, and supporting the integration of Unanet Clearview software. Responsibilities Assist the accounting department with billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable management. Collaborate with the accounting team on integrating Unanet Clearview accounting software. Develop a thorough understanding of our services and communicate effectively with clients regarding billing and project progress. Support project managers in maintaining project budgets and financial projections. Prepare and send invoices to clients for Time and Material projects on a bi-weekly basis. Input new project information into UAE software in accordance with company policies and contractual terms. Manage client receivables, follow up on overdue accounts, resolve deductions, and coordinate with third-party collection agencies. Maintain and establish good relationships with clients.
