Pave Talent is hiring on behalf of a Fortune 500 global chemical manufacturing company that specializes in anodizing, conversion coatings , and metal surface treatments for the automotive, aerospace, construction , and consumer goods markets.

This Account Executive will focus on driving growth in the aluminum surface treatment sector, managing key accounts while actively developing new business opportunities. This role requires a sales-driven professional with technical knowledge of anodizing, conversion coatings , and aluminum surface treatments .

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and grow accounts within the aluminum surface treatment space, focusing on anodizers, powder coaters, extruders, and job shops.
• Identify new business opportunities across architectural, automotive , and consumer goods markets.
• Work closely with technical service teams to ensure clients’ needs are met, including process optimization and troubleshooting.
• Conduct on-site visits to build relationships and manage customer accounts (50-70% travel ).
• Collaborate with leadership to execute territory growth strategies .
• Manage sales pipeline and reporting through Salesforce CRM .

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of technical sales experience in anodizing, surface finishing, aluminum treatment , or related fields.
• Strong understanding of anodizing processes , conversion coatings , and aluminum surface treatments.
• Experience selling into aerospace, automotive , or architectural markets.
• Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and close high-value deals.
• Willingness to travel 50-70% regionally.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry , Chemical Engineering , or a related field preferred.

Compensation & Benefits :

• Base Salary : $90,000 – $120,000
• Uncapped Commission Structure : Based on new business development and gross margin performance
• Mileage Reimbursement and Car Allowance (after 25,000 miles)
