Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is hiring an Associate or Mid‑Level Planner to support our Emergent Operations teams in Everett, WA. This individual will contribute to the implementation and sustainment of new and existing build plans that significantly affect program quality and cost performance. The role requires someone who can adapt to a dynamic team environment with critical deliverables and urgent factory support, and who can collaborate across functions while maintaining a “think outside the box” mindset. Primary Responsibilities:

• Develops, implements, and maintains various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions, and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration.
• Develops manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectives.
• Develops and integrates suppliers, processes, materials, data, and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.
• Reviews and approves supplier data to ensure manufacturing-related requirements are met.
• Develops tooling requirements based on manufacturing and engineering requirements.
• Manages tools from initial design to end-of-use disposition.
• Investigates and resolves manufacturing-related issues.
• Performs producibility assessments for part or product designs.
• Provides producibility input to design, manufacturing processes, and manufacturing technologies to meet cost and schedules.
• Develops integrated work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments.
• Drafts, updates, and reviews processes and procedures to support business and regulatory agency requirements.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

• 1 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Familiarity with systems & test commodities and/or manufacturing processes
• Experience with CMES application
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Ability to provide shipside support to resolve production issues
• Must be able to work 2nd Shift

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3 or more years of aerospace systems and test fabrication and/or installation experience
• (Mid-Level) 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

This role is for 2nd shift, however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

• Summary pay range for Associate (Level 2): $64,600 - $87,400
• Summary pay range for Mid-Level (Level 3): $77,350 - $104,650
