\nThe Operations Supervisor will plan, direct and assign work activities in a manufacturing or distribution department. This position will also support and implement policies and procedures and recommend improvements in operation methods, equipment, people, materials and working conditions.
\nShift: 2nd Shift
\nSchedule: 6:30PM-5:00AM Monday-Thursday
\nPay Range: $23.00-$25.00 DOE
\nLocation: Ecru, MS

\nWhat Do You Need?
\n• 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment, Required
\n• High School Diploma or equivalent, Required
\n• Associate degree in Supervisory Management or related field, Desired
\n• Previous experience in supervision, Preferred
\n• Experience in Manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes desired.
